Transparency matters. Here's how we make money.
ErgoFoundry participates in affiliate marketing programs, which means we may earn commissions when you purchase products through links on this site.
When you click an affiliate link on ErgoFoundry and make a purchase, the retailer pays us a small commission. This commission comes out of the retailer's margin — you don't pay a cent extra. The price you see is the same price you'd get by going directly to the retailer.
Our recommendations are based on research merit. Commission rates do not influence which products we feature or recommend. We don't accept paid placements, sponsored reviews, or free products in exchange for coverage.
We take this seriously. If a product is mediocre but has a high commission rate, we won't feature it. If a great product has no affiliate program, we'll still tell you about it — and link to it anyway.
Running a review site takes time — researching products, reading studies, aggregating reviews, and writing honest guides. Affiliate commissions let us do this work without paywalls, sponsored content, or selling your data. They're the least-bad way to fund independent publishing on the web.
